Every child is unique in their own ways! I believe that each child has their potential and a place in this world. I am extremely passionate about supporting and promoting the well-being of every child, educators as well as family members regardless of their needs and backgrounds. My goal is to contribute and provide a dynamic learning environment to the children with my knowledge and skills that I have gained through my education and work experiences. Furthermore, with the same passion and goal of helping children who need support and my experiences of working in multicultural environments, I believe that I have the expertise and knowledge to create value and shape your children’s learning journey.

I have 5 years of working experience in the education sector, and I spent most of my time working with children aged 3 -7 years old. I have worked with special needs children, namely autistic children for two years as an Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapist. Besides that, I had the opportunity to acquire international exposure in an early childhood centre in New Zealand as a part-time educator and local exposure in Malaysia as a branch manager of an early childhood centre. The previous jobs were fantastic opportunities that expose me to diverse and multicultural educational settings and apply what I’ve learned to real-life situations. I always discussed with the teachers about children’s behaviours and work collaboratively with them to come up with plans to scaffold and assist children in overcoming their anxiety or challenging behaviours.

With my previous experience, skills and education in special needs and child education, I aim to help and support children or families who are in need, to have a brighter future and happier life!
