I am a psychologist and an early intervention educator with a strong curiosity about human behaviour that began during my college years. It all started when I read “A Stolen Life: A Memoir” by Jaycee Lee Dugard, which sparked my interest in the psychology behind the behaviour of both victims and perpetrators. This fascination with human behaviour motivated me to pursue clinical psychology in my education and continues to drive my work today.
I enjoy working with both adult and child clients. My first experience with children came from working with primary school students in London, helping them develop social skills. This early experience laid a strong foundation for my career. In my current role, I conduct interventions to support children in need and assist in various assessments, including child assessments.
Additionally, I provide mental health screening and consultation to adults to address a variety of concerns and have experience working with individuals of all ages with a range of behavioral and mental health needs. My passion lies in helping people understand and improve their mental health.
I believe that psychotherapy can be transformative for everyone, including those who are mentally healthy. By offering support, insight, and strategies, I aim to empower others to lead more fulfilling lives.
I am dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting well-being in others. My goal is to support others in meaningful ways, whether it’s through helping children or adults navigate behavioural and mental health challenges. I strive to create a supportive environment where every client feels understood and empowered.
