Social Skills Play Group
Service Description
Our Social Skills Play Group is divided into two categories to cater to different developmental needs: - Social Play Group: For higher functioning children. - Social Thinking Group: For lower functioning children. Both groups focus on developing essential social skills and are typically conducted once or twice a month.
Cancellation Policy
Please be informed that SEED Connections will be implementing the following booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies: • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance/at least one hour in the event of an emergency of the scheduled appointment. A penalty of RM50 will be charged for a missed appointment without valid reason. • If you are late for not more than 20 minutes, you would be able to proceed with your session, but the session will end on time (no extension). If you are late for more than half an hour without any valid reason, you will be required to reschedule your session and will be charged a penalty of RM50. • There will be strictly no refunds once a payment/deposit has been made. • Appointments that are rescheduled continuously (if you reschedule an appointment more than two times in a row) will result in a forfeit of payment. In this case, you would be required to make another payment. • The standard duration of the session can be extended with a pro-rated fee at a half-an-hourly rate, subject to the therapist's availability and therapeutic suitability.
