I offer a diverse range of psychological services catering to individuals across various age groups, including children, adults, and the elderly. These services encompass administering assessments, educating them about mental disorders, monitoring their progress, and developing personalized treatment plans. Through psychotherapy, my goal is to help clients make social, vocational, and personal adjustments, leading to more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. These may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centered interventions. Through the therapeutic process, I assist clients in developing insight, learning coping skills, and fostering resilience to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
My key areas of expertise include assessment and diagnosis of mental disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, panic, trauma, end-of-life care, grief and bereavement, interpersonal conflict and communication and self-development.
I also attached with My Psychology and National Cancer Society Malaysia as a clinical psychologist to help individuals overcome a wide range of mental health challenges.
In addition to my professional commitments, I cherish moments of “me time” where I indulge in the simple pleasures of life. I enjoy reading books, watching a good Netflix series and spending quality time with loved ones. Work-life balance is a constant priority in my life as I strive to cultivate inner peace and harmony.
