About Eunice
As a clinical psychologist, I am committed to supporting individuals of all ages on their mental health journeys, with a special focus on teenagers, young adults, and older adults experiencing emotional challenges, developmental disorders such as ADHD and ASD, complex trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is rooted in a deep passion for understanding the intricacies of the human mind and providing compassionate, evidence-based care. In addition to working with clients at the center, I have also served as an associate clinical psychologist with the National Cancer Society Malaysia, offering mental health support to cancer patients and their families.
In all my work, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can express themselves freely, explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, and embark on a path of healing and growth. I use an integrated method in most of my sessions, including the Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT), Acceptance Commitment approach (ACT) and Psychodynamic approach. I believe by changing our life scripts, we can rewrite our life stories with hope and empowerment.
My key areas of interest include interpersonal/relationship issues, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and emotional difficulties.
In my personal life, I enjoy exploring various interests such as discovering new movies, visiting different cafés, reading books, and meeting new people. Finding meaning in the little moments of daily life is the key to happiness.
Areas of expertise: psychotherapy, clinical screenings and assessments, wellbeing workshops and trainings
