ASSESSMENT & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy focuses on addressing the roots and core issues for personal growth and change. It generally works with people suffering from complex mental health conditions such as (but not limited to): depression and anxiety, personality disorders, eating problems, and trauma-related issues.
COUNSELLING
Counselling is a helping relationship established between a professional and a client. The counsellor encourages, challenges, enables and assists clients in making independent life altering changes and choices. Counselling can be done individually or as a group – family, couples, etc.
FAMILY/COUPLE THERAPY &
SUPPORT GROUPS
Family/Couple therapy is a form of psychotherapy that addresses the family members’ behaviours as a whole.
PLAY THERAPY
Play therapy is a form of therapy to help children express their feelings and deal with their inner emotional difficulties. It can be carried out for individuals in our centre or as group of 3 to 5 children in schools.
